AVULSED sign with Ibex Moon Records for US release of Nullo

AVULSED has without any doubt been the most veteran and consistent band in the Spanish extreme metal scene since its inception in August 1991. A band loyal to its death metal style, AVULSED has been very active in terms of releases and live performances around the world.

Beginning with 1992’s Embalmed in Blood demo, AVULSED had released several demos, EPs, and four full-length albums, the last of which, 2005’s Gorespattered Suicide, was mixed and mastered by Erik Rutan (HATED ETERNAL, ex-MORBID ANGEL) at Mana Recording Studios. In 2005, Reanimations was released, which included two new songs, a song from the first demo, three cover songs (WASP, GOREFEST, and EXODUS), and eight bands paying tribute to AVULSED by covering eight of the now legendary Spanish band’s songs. The Reanimating Russia 2007 DVD was released the following year.

AVUSLED is now pleased to announce the release of its highly anticipated fifth full-length album, Nullo (The Pleasure of Self-Mutilation), on Ibex Moon Records.....

IRON LAMB Join The Pulverised Records Family

One of Sweden’s newest, scruffiest and back-to-basics punk band IRON LAMB, featuring some of extreme metal’s most prominent figures, is now officially a part of the Pulverised Records family!

IRON LAMB's all-star lineup includes ex-Repugnant singer Graga Lindström, Johan Wallin of General Surgery on guitars, Thomas Daun of Dismember on drums and Swedish Death Metal book author Daniel Ekeroth, also of Tyrant and ex-Insision fame, on bass. The band is slated to record their as-yet-untitled debut full-length in early 2010. Official release date TBA.
